Representative private projects, presented with discretion

Some of our strongest work is delivered in private environments and cannot be shown as a public portfolio in full. Where confidentiality allows, we describe the scale, context and execution complexity of selected projects.

The project involved complete renewal of the interior environment, integration of technical systems, precise finishing control and execution aligned with a premium private residence standard.

Key features: large-format porcelain, built-in construction sinks, hydronic underfloor heating, KNX smart home integration, herringbone parquet, Venetian plaster, illuminated mouldings, window replacement.
Execution emphasis: wall levelling quality for designer lighting, alignment between engineering systems and final finish, visual consistency throughout the villa.
Our role: controlled delivery, coordination of specialised trades, finishing supervision and structured execution of a high-value private project.

The scope combined insulation, underfloor heating, air-conditioning, bathroom execution, timber floors, painting and furnishing into one coordinated delivery process.

Although the technical scope was more compact than a full villa renovation, the standard of execution remained high: wall preparation, painting, porcelain bathrooms and timber flooring had to work as one visual system.
